Law 3/2019 introducing new anti-corruption measures, rules on prescription and more

The Law n. 3/2019 on "Measures to combat crimes against the public administration", as well as on the subject of the prescription of the crime and on the transparency of the laws, was published in the Official Gazette no. 13 of 16 January 2019. political parties and movements "which will take effect on January 31, 2019.
